This role will be part of our MOOT Ascend team, who have earned a reputation for helping brands succeed using digital media. Providing performance marketing solutions across social media, paid search, and influencers, our team will deliver scalable results which deliver to the brand's commercial objectives.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive to long term lead their own team of individuals with different levels of experience.
The individual will bring a wealth of agency or advertising knowledge to MOOT in all things performance marketing.
Your role is to support our initiative, we are looking for a bright, proactive, and passionate individual to join the team and help take us to the next level and support our growth plans by discovering and pursuing new sales prospects.

What will you be doing?
* Execute out-bound call campaigns to prospective clients, educating them on our product and service offerings.
* Generate high quality meetings for specific partners utilising targeted messaging and proven sales techniques.
* Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
* Follow-up, nurture and qualify in-bound web, call or email inquiries.
* Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
* Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
* Manage ongoing pipeline and track customer-related phone conversations and emails in our CRM including documenting partnership opportunities according to defined onboarding processes.
* Develop positive relationships with clients
* Build a working knowledge and become an expert on our products, services, and competitors.
* Practice and continue to improve solution-selling techniques.

What will you bring to the party?
* Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
* Deep understanding of Performance Marketing
* Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
* Experience in building/generating sales pipeline and demand generation programs
* Excellent communication skills: phone, presentation, written and listening.
* Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
* Fast learner and passion for sales
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
