We're looking for a dedicated Complex Care Assistant to support our client in Ulverston.
This role offers the chance to make a real difference, providing personalised care that helps someone thrive in their own home.
Your role will include:
* assistance with daily living activities
* Administering medication
* and supporting health needs
* Assisting with mobility and positioning to ensure comfort
* Offering companionship and emotional support
* Performing clinical interventions as required for complex care needs
* Maintaining accurate care records and collaborating with healthcare professionals
