Responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues. This role requires an understanding of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and other IT support queries related to hardware and software. The client uses a bespoke system, and training will be provided, so a willingness to learn quickly is essential.
Requirements
* Experience in a Service Desk environment
* Good IT support skills
* Knowledge of Windows OS
* Active Directory experience
* O365 (preferred)
* Understanding of network troubleshooting (preferred)
* Ability to commute to site
