The role of a Kitchen Porter is to work under the back of house manager/supervisor to deliver the daily cleaning requirements of the back of house operation to the standards set out in the Club's health and safety policy.
* Maintain and implement standard operating procedures to ensure a consistent delivery of excellence throughout the department.
* Work closely with the Back of House manager to deliver the daily cleaning requirements.
* Deliver cleaning schedule requirements as instructed by the back of house manager/supervisor across all food prep areas.
* Basic food hygiene knowledge.
* The ability to learn new skills.
* Team player.
* Well organized.
* High standards of cleanliness.

The Kitchen Porter role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Shift patterns are over a 7-day period:
* 8:00am-4:00pm or 4:00pm-12:00am
* Due to the location and shift patterns, public transport links are limited.
Our hours are flexible for casual workers and are decided by individual managers.
