Job Description
The Finance Officer's duties will include but will not be limited to:
3. Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
4. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
5. Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports.
6. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Support the Accounting & Finance team with budget preparation and monitoring.
8. Respond to financial queries from internal and external stakeholders promptly.
9. Assist with payroll processing and related documentation.
10. Identify opportunities for process improvement within financial operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Officer should have:
11. Demonstrated experience in a finance role, and experience with the general ledger and management accounts preparation
12. An understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
13. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
14. Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
15. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
