What will you be doing?

You will join our business as an End Point Assessor, delivering aspirational assessments with integrity, approachability, and resourcefulness.

1. Working with apprentices and their employers to plan, carry out and report on End Point Assessments.
2. Making decisions for apprenticeship standards and overall grades, you’ll use your expertise to make fair and independent assessment judgments against the standard’s grading criteria.
3. Carry out administration and keep your sector knowledge up to date.

What will you bring to the role?

4. A Level 5 Leader in Adult Care award 3 years managerial experience in sector
5. An internal verifier award
6. An Assessors qualification
7. A a proven passion for and hands-on experience within Adult Care
8. Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
9. Familiar with MS Office and other IT systems (training will be provided for EPAPro).
