Associate Delivery Consultant to support the delivery of complex technology and transformation programmes by contributing across business analysis, system configuration, data migration, and solution delivery activities.
This role will work across multiple projects and gain exposure to enterprise platform implementations, including Salesforce.
The role is designed for someone who wants to develop quickly within consulting delivery and gain experience across both business and technical domains.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Delivery
* Contribute to the configuration and implementation of enterprise platforms, including Salesforce and related technologies.
* Participate in solution implementation activities within complex client environments.
* Support data migration activities including data mapping, validation, reconciliation and migration testing.
* Work alongside consultants and delivery leads to implement technology solutions.
Business Analysis
* Gather and structure business requirements.
* Produce clear documentation including functional descriptions, process flows, and solution inputs.
* Participate in workshops with stakeholders and translate outcomes into structured deliverables.
Project Delivery
* Contribute to the successful delivery of multiple client projects.
* Support delivery planning, documentation, and tracking.
* Maintain clear records of requirements, decisions, and delivery outputs.
* Contribute to the development of delivery playbooks, templates, and repeatable implementation frameworks.
Cross-Project Contribution
* Work across multiple programmes and projects depending on delivery priorities.
* Provide flexible capability across analysis, configuration, data migration, and delivery support.
