Digital Data Analyst – Up to £45,000
Burton Upon Trent – Hybrid (1-2 days per week in office)
A growing analytics team is hiring a Digital Data Analyst to optimize web performance, track user behavior, and provide real-time insights across 80+ websites. This is a hands-on role, working with SQL, GA4, Looker, Power BI, and Excel to assess data quality, debug tracking issues, and generate reports that drive key business decisions.

A well-established brand in the hospitality sector, operating over 2,600 pubs, restaurants, and hotels across the UK. Their digital analytics function is expanding to enhance website performance, customer journeys, and marketing effectiveness.
The analytics team is structured into four key areas:
* Digital – Website and app reporting, deep-dive analysis, and future planning
* CRM – Customer database management, campaign analysis, and reporting
* Loyalty & Customer Insights – Understanding and segmenting customer behavior
* Data Science & Engineering – Supporting analytics efforts and proving business value
