About the Role
As a Supply Teaching Assistant (TA), you’ll play a vital role in supporting students and teachers alike. Whether you're working 1:1 with a pupil or assisting the whole class, your contribution will help create a positive and productive learning environment. Your responsibilities may include:
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom activities.
Provide tailored support to individual students or small groups, helping them stay on track and thrive.
Promote positive behaviour and model respectful, inclusive interactions.
Step into different classrooms and settings with confidence and professionalism.
Work closely with teaching staff and school teams to ensure consistent support for all learners.
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred but not essential).
A passion for supporting young learners and helping them succeed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and a proactive attitude.
Open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced educators.
Willingness to take on both short-term and longer-term assignments.
