We are looking for a B2B social media content creator who can develop and produce engaging content (videos, graphics, text) for their clients across platforms such as LinkedIn and tailored at B2B audiences. Your content will help build brand authority, generate leads and support sales by aligning it with our clients' marketing strategy and campaigns.
Responsibilities will include brainstorming, coming up with content ideas, creating posts, content, videos, and stories, managing social media accounts, and interacting with followers.
Key Responsibilities
* Content creation - Develop platform‑specific content — including short‑form videos, articles, graphics, and social posts — for channels such as LinkedIn and YouTube, tailored to professional audiences.
* Strategy and planning - Build and manage social media content calendars, ensuring output aligns with wider B2B campaigns, product activity, and overall marketing objectives.
* Brand and messaging - Maintain consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across all content.
* Thought leadership and research - Identify industry trends, emerging topics, and competitor activity to help position clients as credible, expert voices in their field.
* Cross‑functional collaboration - Work closely with marketing, PR, sales, and design teams to ensure content is aligned, integrated, and supported across channels.
* Audience engagement- Monitor and respond to comments, encourage discussion, and help build an active, engaged community.
* Trend monitoring - Stay up to date with social media developments, B2B best practices, and platform‑specific changes.
* Performance analysis - Track analytics, report on engagement, and use insights to refine and improve content strategy.
Key skills
* Previous experience in B2B marketing/social media experience
* Understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and content for professional audiences.
* Strong writing, visual storytelling, and understanding of B2B communication.
* Capable of writing high-quality and technical content and adapt it to meet the tone of voice and messaging requirements for each of their clients.
* Proficiency in video editing, graphic design, and compelling copywriting.
* Knowledge of B2B platforms (especially LinkedIn) and digital marketing tools.
