Learning Project Manager

Position Summary:

Proactive and organized Learning Project Manager to lead learning and development initiatives across our CorsoCare Group business. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that our licensed and non-licensed teams are supported with effective, compliant, and scalable training solutions. This position serves as a key partner to our Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure learning programs support workforce development, regulatory readiness, and operational excellence.

This is a leadership role that balances strategic oversight with tactical execution. Key attributes are project or program management background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving team performance through effective learning solutions. This leader will focus on coaching and developing a team that consists of two project leads, an instructional designer, and content developers. A degree is not required—experience, accountability, and a learner-focused mindset are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the learning project pipeline across Licensed Wellness and Operations, ensuring alignment with compliance, clinical excellence, and business priorities.
2. Supervise and support two project leads and an instructional designer, providing coaching, oversight, and accountability in project scoping, stakeholder engagement, and on-time delivery.
3. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to align learning initiatives with talent development goals, performance gaps, and organizational strategy.
4. Coordinate cross-functional efforts, engaging subject matter experts (SMEs), department heads, trainers, and external vendors as needed.
5. Collaborate with instructional designers and other business project managers and leads to produce effective and scalable eLearning, instructor-led, and blended learning formats.
6. Use project management tools and methodologies to track timelines, milestones, and outcomes, maintaining transparent communication across teams.
7. Manage multiple concurrent learning initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
8. Develop and maintain project documentation, including scopes of work, timelines, stakeholder communications, and post-project reviews.
9. Identify learning gaps and recommend solutions, integrating feedback from operations leaders and front-line staff.
10. Identify and resolve barriers to success, mitigate risks, and ensure high-impact project outcomes.

12. Contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing feedback, measuring learning effectiveness, and adapting project approaches accordingly.
13. Maintain compliance awareness, ensuring learning deliverables meet state and federal regulatory training requirements for leaders and front-line staff.
14. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions—both in-person and virtually—tailored to diverse learning styles to maximize participant understanding and retention.

Qualifications:

15. 3+ years of experience managing projects in healthcare, senior living, L&D, or HR environments.
16. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage people and projects simultaneously.
17. Understanding of adult learning principles.
18. Familiarity with regulatory training (e.g., assisted living, memory care, education).
19. Experience using project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com).
20. Clear communication skills and comfort working across all levels of an organization.
21. Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree in communication, HR, or education, or PMP/CAPM certification, or equivalent work experience.
