Role: Product Manager – Insurance Comparison & Broking
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: ~£60,000 + benefits/equity (DOE)
About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead our push into insurance comparison and broking, starting with the UK car insurance market. You’ll work directly under our Head of Product, but also closely with our CEO and other senior management, owning the design and delivery of the best digital car insurance comparison and switching journey in the market.
This is a high-impact role for someone with a deep understanding, of the insurance industry, consumer experience and digital user journeys. Ideally, you’ll bring not only domain expertise but also a network of insurance industry contacts.
What You’ll Do
- Own the product roadmap for insurance comparison & broking
- Work closely with the Head of Product and cross-functional teams (data, partnerships, tech)
- Design frictionless, consumer-first digital journeys for insurance switching
- Use data and insights to optimise UX, conversion, and engagement
- Manage relationships with insurance partners and aggregators
- Leverage AI tools to support wireframing, prototyping, and ultimately building user experiences
- Champion AI-driven opportunities in product development
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in product management, with a focus on insurance or fintech
- Strong knowledge of the UK insurance industry and digital distribution
- Track record of building and scaling consumer-facing products
- Ability to blend user empathy with commercial rigour
- Comfortable experimenting with AI-driven product design and build processes
- Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset with appetite to work in AI-driven products
Salary Benchmark
£50k–£65k depending on experience.
