Teacher of Science Responsibilities: Deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience is desirable but not essential). Work within a supportive department. Use a range of teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners. Participate fully in the life of the school, including pastoral duties and enrichment activities. Uphold the Catholic ethos and values of the school community Teacher of Science Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in a Science-related subject. Experience teaching Science at secondary level. Have the capability to foster curiosity and interest for the subject. Strong command of the curriculum and good behaviour management skills. Be committed to child protection, safeguarding, and pupil welfare. Hold a Child Only DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one with GSL Education.
