What You’ll Actually Do
- Deliver engaging, high-quality sessions for players aged U5–U18
- Support development within an attacking, possession-based philosophy
- Coach midweek sessions, weekends, and matches
- Communicate confidently with players and parents
- Represent the academy professionally at all times
Who This Role Is For
- You can commit consistently to midweek evenings and weekends
- You want to develop as a coach, not just “do sessions”
- You’re positive, reliable, and comfortable leading groups
- You hold FA Level 1 (or are actively working towards it)
Bonus (not essential):
- Additional coaching or sports qualifications
- Experience with grassroots or academy environments

- Portugal: All expenses paid + £300 (5 days)
