Job Title: Programme Manager
Location: Bristol (hybrid or remote)
Salary: up to £85,000
Peaple Talent are working with a key client looking for an experienced Programme Manager to drive transformational change across two major projects.
This is a customer-facing, hands-on role where you’ll lead complex CX and contact centre programmes, working closely with systems like Zendesk, Salesforce, and SAP.
The Role:
* Leading the end-to-end delivery of two large-scale retail programmes
* Driving business change and technical architecture initiatives
* Creating programme strategy, governance, plans, documentation, and budgets
* Delivering transformation across the UK, Europe, and North America
The Candidate:
* Proven experience in contact centre or large system change programmes
* Strong background with Zendesk or Salesforce is essential
* Experience in CX, SaaS tools (Zendesk, CX-One, Calabrio) and retail environments
* Confident leading teams and presenting to stakeholders
The Package:
Base salary: up to £80,000
