Scope of the Role
This Mechanical Engineer role is focused on the internal engineering that makes products perform reliably, safely, and consistently. Youll work on thermostatic cartridges, valves, and fluid control systems, taking ownership of defined development work and helping improve performance through hands-on engineering.
* Design and develop thermostatic cartridges and internal water control systems
* Run and interpret lab tests on flow, pressure, temperature and reliability
* Troubleshoot performance issues through structured testing and analysis
* Produce CAD models, engineering drawings and technical documentation
* Support validation, DFM reviews and supplier conversations on components
