Our client, a health and wellness business, is seeking a proactive Senior CRM Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end projects for personalised campaigns, from development to execution.
2. Oversee a segmented campaign lifecycle that fosters dialogue with customers.
3. Support the Head of CRM in all aspects of customer relationship marketing, including acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
Qualifications:
* Experience in email/digital marketing within an ecommerce environment.
* Proven experience in implementing and managing targeted, data-driven campaigns.
