Job Details
* Guaranteed hours: 16-30 hours per week
* Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour + mileage at £0.30 per mile & travel time at £12.71 per hour
* Shifts: 7 am – 3 pm, 3 pm – 11 pm, 4/3 shift patterns & alternate weekends
* Areas Covered: Washington, SR1, SR2, NE9 7, NE36 0, NE37 1, NE37 2, NE37 3, NE38 7, NE38 8, NE38 9, NE38 0, DH4 7, DH3 1

Responsibilities
* Assist with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Support medication and meal preparation
* Help with light domestic tasks and grocery needs
* Provide companionship and emotional support
