Job Description
Job Role:
Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, technical assistance to the Heads of Performance Monitoring, Liability, Operations & Cross-Sell, and coordination support to HR.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meeting Coordination:
* Organize and coordinate meetings with internal teams and external clients.
* Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and minutes.
* Track and follow up on action points.
2. Diary & Calendar Management:
* Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and contact lists.
3. Travel Management:
* Arrange travel and logistics (flights, accommodation, transport, visas) for staff and guests.
4. Office Administration:
* Handle purchase orders, payment requests, and stationery supplies.
* Maintain an efficient filing system and manage office hospitality.
* Act as the first point of contact for calls and visitors.
5. Communication & Correspondence:
* Manage CEO’s emails and correspondence.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
6. Relationship & Contact Management:
* Maintain and manage key contacts and vendor relationships.
7. Reporting & Business Support:
* Provide business insights, prepare reports, presentations, and performance analysis.
* Support decision-making through data compilation and analysis.
* Coordinate HR-related activities and event-based tasks.
8. Other Duties:
* Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by the CEO.
