Teaching Personnel are recruiting for SEN Learning Support Assistants in Burgess Hill. The role involves working closely with children who need additional support to access their education.
Responsibilities
* Support academic, social, and emotional development
* Provide 1:1 and group support in lessons
* Work alongside SEN specialists to implement strategies
* Encourage pupil independence and resilience
Ideal candidate
* Previous SEN or care experience (advantageous)
* Calm, patient, and nurturing personality
* Enthusiasm for working with young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
