Rate of Pay
· £7.83 - £12.21 per hour + TRONC
· Pay is processed every 4 weeks (on a Friday).

Rota Schedule
Shift patterns are flexible around venue opening times & demands. Applicants need to be available to work mornings (including weekends).
Shifts will mostly be based around hotel check in/out times (typically from 9:30am until around 3pm).

· This is a physical role that requires strong customer service & teamwork skills to ensure that our rooms are ready for guests on time and with a personal touch.
Responsibilities
As Housekeeper, you will be responsible for looking after the service and cleanliness of our hotel rooms;
· Proactively looking for ways to positively impact our guests' stay.
· Cleanliness – all rooms serviced, including communal guest areas,
· Receiving linen & supply deliveries safely & efficiently.
· Managing / communicating stock issues.
· Adhering to stayover/check out room list & requirements.
· Answer guest queries.
· Proactively minimising day to day laundry items & rejected linens.
· Actively promoting and engaging with new ways of working.
· Effective day-to-day communication between yourself and the wider team.
· Ensure room trays are fully stocked.
· Adhere to timelines for room turnovers,
Successful candidates must have a passion for working in a team environment, delivering high standards, whilst supporting the management team in delivering great guest experiences.
