Senior Business Development Manager

(Hybrid) with proven experience in consulting to lead our sales and marketing strategy. The role involves generating new business, expanding into new markets, and supporting the growth of Embed UK and Littelfuse product lines. Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new business opportunities with current and prospective customers. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, driving leads to purchase orders. Generate quotations and proposals collaboratively with Engineering and Project Management teams. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships. Manage sales activities within CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce. Market Expansion:

Research customer needs, market trends, and competitors. Define strategies to enter new markets and segments. Create go-to-market plans for new target markets. Product Strategy:

Identify technologies and potential product enhancements. Develop business cases for new products/services. Collaborate with product teams to align strategies. Leadership:

Oversee and mentor up to 2 team members. Contribute to strategic decisions at the senior leadership level. Identify areas for sales focus to sustain growth. Candidate Profile:

7+ years in business development or sales, preferably in the automotive consulting industry. Proven success in lead generation and closing complex deals. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
