Specification Sales Manager – Non-Structural and Interior Products
Area: North West / South West / Wales & West Country
This is a field-based sales role representing a true market leader and global blue-chip manufacturer.
* The Specification Sales Manager will be tasked with winning and tracking 90% new and 10% refurbishment projects across exciting commercial build projects in the region, selling a leading range of interior products (glazing, etc.)
* The route to market includes sub-contractors, tier 1 main contractors, and architects, providing a highly specification-driven customer base.
* In this role, nearly all enquiries and leads are inbound, thanks to the company’s exceptional reputation and support from a world-class marketing team. The Specification Sales Manager will be required to follow up and convert these projects into orders.
* Project order values are up to £500k, providing a mixture of short and longer sales cycles.
* As Specification Sales Manager, you will work closely with main contractors, architects, and subcontractors in a collaborative team and supportive environment, with a company known for its fantastic work culture.

The package for the Specification Sales Manager
* Up to £60,000 basic salary
* £20,000 – £25,000 OTE / bonus
