About the team
The Domestic Admissions Team within Data Integrity, Quality and Operations (DIQO) are responsible for the delivery and integrity of data related to domestic admissions, facilitating decision-making on University enrolment targets and maintaining academic admission standards in accordance with approved admission criteria.
About the role
The Domestic Admissions Analyst provides operational support to the Domestic Admissions Coordinator and is responsible for the delivery and integrity of data related to domestic admissions, including: program maintenance for the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC) and University internal systems; reporting, analysis and insights related to domestic admission processes; and providing expert systems and operational advice to the Domestic Admissions Officers. This role operates within a framework of policies and associated procedures and liaises extensively with internal University staff and external bodies. In addition, the role works with a range of technologies required for the administration and planning of admissions processes and services.
About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent professional administration experience and training in a large and complex organisation, and:
• Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills, including the proven ability to review, design and implement streamlined operational procedures and critically reflect on and improve work processes.
• Demonstrated high level competency working with computerised information systems, including the implementation of strong data integrity and privacy management protocols and experience in aggregating and analysing data from multiple sourcesto provide meaningful insights.
Applicants should be aware that this role will be based at Penrith campus, however as Western Sydney University is a multi-campus university travel to other campuses may be required when operational needs arise.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 7 $124,203 to $133,967 p.a. (comprising Salary of $104,953 to $113,204 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
