Supply Desk is delighted to be partnering with a welcoming SEN School in Hemel Hempstead to recruit a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) for a full-time, long-term position starting ASAP.

Role Overview:
You’ll work collaboratively with class teachers and the SENCO to provide focused support across KS1, tailored to your experience and the needs of the pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering targeted interventions in literacy, numeracy, and emotional wellbeing
Supporting the implementation and review of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Promoting positive behaviour and active engagement in lessons
Building strong relationships with pupils and staff
Adapting learning materials to meet individual needs
Monitoring pupil progress and reporting back to the class teacher
Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children, ideally in a Primary school setting
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility and a genuine passion for supporting learning
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
