Legal Assistant TP6888 £30k - £35k Hybrid working, 2 days a week WFH Location: Holborn, London A well-known, leading law firm are seeking a Team Assistant to join their down-to-earth Marketing team. Working in a close-knit team, you will be the glue to the team as you get involved with a variety of exciting events, campaigns and marketing material. A firm that truly values their employees, you will have the opportunity to have flexible working hours and to work from home two days a week. Key Tasks will include: Generating reports, targeting biz development and CRM initiatives Preparing financial reports for monthly management committee meetings Assisting with the production of biz development materials Website content management and some copywriting Supporting with social media Supporting the marketing manager with the legal directory submission process Sending out email campaigns Analysing feedback from client events Event management Experience and Personality Around one year’s admin experience in ideally law or professional services An interest in Law A legal degree is advantageous A high attention to detail An autonomous working style – will be working independently often Mature outlook Quietly confident (barristers are self-employed so it’s about asking nicely but firmly when things need to be done).
