Job Description
SRG are looking a HR operations analyst to join a leading agrichemical manufacture based in Huddersfield.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Review paper files to get a full understanding of any variances in contractual/non-contractual terms and conditions e.g. additional hours payments, other allowances, any historical agreements with individuals etc…
2. Document this information in a spreadsheet and identify any common patterns of information we may not be aware of historically.
3. Upload the paper files for electronic use going forward.
