Randstad Education is partnering with an After-School Club, to help find enthusiastic Club Managers willing to take care of children in the Sawbridgeworth area. You would be responsible for Primary-age children, giving them authentic, meaningful experiences by making sure they participate in enjoyable, stimulating, and imaginative activities in a welcoming and safe setting. The roles are based at several Primary schools around the Sawbridgeworth area, and the hours involved are 7:am to 8:30am in the morning, and then 3pm to 6pm in the afternoon, Monday to Friday. Role & Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting to manage clubs. Supporting the General Manager and team members within that site and ensuring the smooth running of the provision. you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of a wide range of activities that children are interested in Provide regular progress updates to the class teacher and maintain records. Are you interested, then apply now Requirements: Must have experience of working with 4-11 year old's. Should have an appropriate Level 3 qualification (childcare, sports coaching, education etc) Experience in managing small teams and demonstrating leadership and the ability to work with own initiative Possess a desire to create meaningful moments for children/people in your charge. Problem-solving skills and a patient demeanour are highly valued in this role. Ability to speak eloquently and should be able to communicate with all levels and explain about anything to anyone. A basic knowledge of IT is beneficial as registers and schedules are on iPad/laptop. Paediatric first aid qualifications would be highly desirable but not essential.
