Our client is looking for someone with prior experience in the construction sector who has knowledge of professional appointments and service contracts.
As a Construction Solicitor/ Senior Construction Solicitor, your role will include, but is not limited to:
* Reviewing Professional Services Contracts
* Preparation and negotiation of a wide range of construction documentation and contracts
* Review and manage the contractual arrangements of global projects
* Undertake contractual negotiations
* Advice and support on implementation of legal risk management policies
* Report to the Regional Management Boards
