Fantastic opportunity for an established Financial Controller or Finance Manager to join an ambitious and growing SaaS business on a part-time basis.

As they scale, they are seeking a commercially minded Financial Controller to oversee financial management and provide strategic guidance to support sustainable growth. You will work closely with the Board and senior leadership to ensure financial integrity and align strategies with company goals.
The Role:
* Track and analyze key KPIs.
* Partner with leadership on pricing models, unit economics, and growth forecasts.
* Provide financial modeling, support for fundraising, and board reporting.
* Prepare and present financial statements in compliance with standards.
* Lead budgeting, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
* Monitor cash flow and develop forecasts.
* Develop and implement financial strategies with senior leadership.
* Ensure tax compliance, manage audits, and stay updated on regulations.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
* Handle monthly payroll and statutory deductions.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities to enhance profitability.
* Improve financial systems and reporting tools.
* Deliver clear financial reports to stakeholders and board.
* Collaborate with the Executive team on operational evaluations.
The Candidate:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with significant post-qualification experience.
* Alternatively, qualified by experience with 10+ years in relevant sectors.
* Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Head of Finance, or Senior Finance Manager, preferably in SaaS or IT/Tech.
* Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
* Proficiency in Excel and Xero (preferred).
* Comprehensive accounting experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
