Job Description for the Business Development Executive: You will start off working closely with one of the companys founders helping him manage his time and book appointments etc but as you learn the terminology of the business you will soon be leading the department in surrounding each lead/ project by finding out who the key stakeholders are and surrounding each deal to maximise our clients chances of securing. Working as part of the Sales & Marketing Team ensuring the company has the right size pipeline filled with the right type and size of projects. Utilising the CRM database to contact new and lapsed clients to reminded them of the clients services. Booking appointments for client visits for the Sales Director - approximately 10 15 per week in a geographical area. Being an ambassador for the group and demonstrating contribution to the Vision and Mission and living the values. As part of the BD process you will contact clients directly to show them the advantages of early procurement. As part of the role of maximising our clients chances to secure the deal, you will be setting up meetings or calling key stakeholders to find out key information. Key Attributes for the Business Development Executive: Must be comfortable working with a CRM system and database. Able to demonstrate working to, and achieving, personal targets. Possess first class communication skills and be comfortable with cold calling. Be a team player, organised and proactive. Hours and Salary: Monday to Friday Choice of day shifts hours. Option for hybrid working after successful probation has been passed (1-2 days at home) £35,000 - £45,000 Per Annum. Company bonus.
