The Role
You’ll support the Finance Manager in delivering accurate, timely management information and play a key role in driving commercial insight across the business. Responsibilities include:
* Producing monthly management accounts and supporting commentary
* Preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
* Business partnering with operational teams to support decision‑making
* Monitoring KPIs and identifying trends or performance issues
* Balance sheet reconciliations and month‑end processes
* Supporting process improvements and finance system enhancements
* Assisting with year‑end and audit requirements
About You
* Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
* Experience in a services, contract‑based, or multi‑site environment is beneficial
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
* Confident communicator who can build relationships across the business
* Proactive, organised, and comfortable working to deadlines
* Good Excel skills and familiarity with modern finance systems
