Position: Client Services Analyst Client Service Purpose: To support the needs of our clients and prospective clients alongside the Client Team Directors so that we can maintain and grow Record’s client base, developing new client relationships and investment consultant relationships worldwide. Key areas of responsibility and activities: Support and facilitate the work given by the Client Team Directors, which will involve servicing clients, prospects and consultant’s needs and will require lots of coordination with the wider business. To assist in: the production of RFP’s; preparation of client reviews; delivering investment data and any other requests from our Client Team Client Services work revolves around servicing client’s, prospect’s and consultant’s needs. The team role involves production of RFP’s, preparation of investment data, creating presentations and following up on actions and deliverables. Provide fundamental economic analysis on and insights into developed and emerging market economies, currencies and their return drivers on a regular basis Key Result Area: RFP’s Responsible for the drafting of RFPs as requested by the Client Team Directors. Collects and provides data for RFP production for prospective clients by accessing appropriate systems and records, liaising with various internal departments for appropriate input, reviewing previous RFP’s and suggesting what might be useful to meet the prospective client’s requests. Liaises with the allocated Client Team Director to assist in overall RFP production and submission. Continuously identifies opportunities to improve processes and ways of working that enables the team to work more efficiently; delivering to an even higher standard. Takes responsibility to presents ideas to stakeholders and then implements agreed changes seamlessly. Key result Area: Client Team Support Accesses investment data from appropriate systems and internal departments to obtain information needed to prepare responses to ad hoc enquiries from clients and their advisers. Supplies materials to relevant Client Team Directors or directly to client as appropriate. Liaise internally with various departments to support client requests. Key Result Area: Design and improve communication style, brand management across all marketing materials. Work as a team to determine communication style and brand management across all marketing materials. Consider market and competitor trends and insights regarding communication and brand management and suggest areas of improvement. Build and maintain a social media presence in accordance with business needs and limitations. Key Result Area: Building and developing relationships internally and externally Build a strong team relationship as well as a professional and helpful relationship with Client Team Directors and the business as a whole. Build strong relationships internally, be the go to person for the whole business when someone has a marketing query. Build strong relationships with suppliers and system professional to benefit the business. Represent the company with clients and consultants, at conferences, business and social gatherings. Key Result Area: Maintaining and updating consultant databases Responsible for collating and providing updates on performance and AUM data and ensuring that products are accurately reflected on consultant websites.
