Our nursery caters to children aged 18 months to 5 years, providing age-appropriate rooms filled with engaging activities. Our dedicated team brings the EYFS curriculum to life, fostering confidence, curiosity, and independence in every child.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS across the nursery.
* Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
* Facilitate inspections by regulatory bodies and act on recommendations.
* Promote a key person approach to foster secure attachments in children.
* Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to each child's development.
* Encourage a culture of self-evaluation and reflective practice.
* Address complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
* Maintain accurate records on the EyMan system.
* Engage in marketing activities to promote the nursery.
* Foster positive relationships with your team through open communication.
*Duties and responsibilities may evolve as needed.
Requirements:
* Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification.
* Essential: Over 1 year of experience in Early Years.
* Essential: Strong knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework and regulatory requirements.
* Essential: Over 1 year of management experience.
* Desirable: Level 5 qualification in Childcare and/or Management and Leadership.
* Desirable: Experience of successfully passing an Ofsted inspection at a Good or Outstanding level.
