Project Management Placement Student – Global Communications Team

About the Role:
As a Project Management Placement Student within our global communications team, you'll support various aspects of project delivery and data management. This placement offers a diverse range of experiences—from conducting pricing benchmarks and managing an extensive image library to assisting with creative video and drone shoots, and collaborating across multiple international time zones.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Management: Lead and support projects from conception through completion, including managing incentives, coordinating with team members, and identifying opportunities for process improvements that enhance efficiency.
* Data and Database Management: Upload, catalogue, and maintain the global image database with precision. Conduct thorough research and prepare insightful presentations based on data findings.
* Global Pricing Research: Compile and manage industry databases related to pricing, contributing valuable market insights that support business decisions.
* Creative Support: Assist film crews and photographers on shoots, including coordinating locations and logistics. Support drone operations, demonstrating flexibility and attention to detail.
* Collaboration and Communication: Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners worldwide, fostering strong professional relationships and ensuring seamless information flow.
* Charity Leadership: Take an active role in Lubrizol's charity committee by organizing fundraising events, preparing annual reports, and presenting outcomes to senior leaders, contributing to community engagement.
What We’re Looking For
* Currently pursuing a business or management related degree with a year in industry, maintaining at least a 2:1 academic record.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and open to learning new digital tools and technologies as needed.
* Strong understanding of global business environments and cultural awareness to engage confidently with diverse international teams.
* Highly system‑ and process‑oriented with meticulous attention to detail.
* Proactive problem solver who identifies challenges and contributes constructively to developing solutions.
* Effective team player capable of working collaboratively and independently with initiative and accountability.
