Job summary:
As a Product Manager, you will own key areas of our platform and be heavily involved in product strategy, roadmap, and execution. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, customer-facing teams, and sales to drive product success from ideation to launch and beyond. Your work will directly impact thousands of users and influence the strategic direction of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Define and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals.
* Manage the entire product lifecycle: discovery, planning, development, release, adoption, and iteration.
* Work with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric features on schedule.
* Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
* Use qualitative and quantitative data (user research, analytics, feedback) to inform decisions.
* Communicate product plans, progress, and priorities to stakeholders at all levels.
* Monitor and improve product performance and user engagement metrics.
* Represent the voice of the customer and champion product excellence.
* Mentor junior product managers and contribute to cultivating a strong product culture and best practices.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
* At least 10 years of product management experience in SaaS or B2B software companies.
* Proven success in launching and scaling effective software products.
* Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, preferably Scrum, and product development processes.
* Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication skills; able to clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
* Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers, engineers, and go-to-market teams.
* Experience with enterprise SaaS products or complex B2B ecosystems.
* Background in computer science, engineering, or a technical discipline.
* Degree in computer science, engineering, or mathematics.
* Experience with customer discovery or product-led growth strategies.
* Knowledge of API-based products, integrations, or platform thinking.
Further information
Training will be provided on specific applications.
This role is based at our Oxford office, with weekly travel to our Dublin office where the software development team is located. Regular travel to Dublin is an ongoing requirement.
