Sales Development Representative

Salary: £26,000 base + OTE up to £46,000

Role Purpose
To drive the performance of lead generation team by proactively contacting key consultants and contractors within the building services industry. The primary goal is to book qualified appointments for the Business Development team, supporting sales growth and brand awareness. As a new function in the business, this is a great opportunity to take ownership of the department and create a strategy of best practices.

Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to a mix of warm and cold prospects within the building services sector.
2. Engage decision-makers to qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for the Business Development team.
3. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
4. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for call volume, appointment bookings, and conversion rates.
5. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine scripts and improve lead quality.
