Salaried GP with 6 or 12‑month view‑to‑partnership 5–6 sessions (possible to offer more) Weekly partner session and weekly CPD session as a partner Fantastic workload: 11 new patients per session, 3 protected follow‑up slots (only you can book) 15‑minute appointments Minimal home visits – bulk managed by ST3s and ANPs Benefits
