This service provides tailored support for individuals with Learning Disabilities and is backed by a dedicated staff team and a Deputy Manager. The service currently holds a "Good" rating from CQC, and our client is looking for a strong leader to maintain and enhance its high standards. The Role As Registered Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, delivering high-quality care, and fostering a positive and person-centred environment for both residents and staff. You will be responsible for service development, staff management, and continuous improvement.
