The Role
We are looking for Experienced Care Workers to work for our clients in and around Westbury!
As an Agency Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work across various care settings in the Wiltshire area!
The shifts for this role are ad hoc, you will be supporting our clients covering staffing gaps for sickness and holidays.
Situated in this historic market town close to local amenities this particular Residential Home benefits from a large amount of outdoor space for the residents to enjoy.
At this home the residents preference is the number one priority and you will support them to enjoy a fulfilling and independent lifestyle. Providing person centred support in all aspects of their day to day lives, following care plans to enable the individual to be as independent as possible.
This is the ideal role if you are looking for a fully flexible position where no day is the same. You will be able to pick and choose the hours and the care homes you want to work in.
You will be a hardworking and motivated individual and be able to hit the ground running in each home, and to be able to adapt to each residents preference.
