The Role:
This is an exciting phone-based B2B sales role, perfect for someone with call centre or telesales experience who’s ready to develop as a broker. You’ll be advising business customers, identifying their needs, and helping them secure better deals through our network of trusted suppliers. Full training provided for motivated candidates looking to build a career in consultancy.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to new and existing business leads, including web enquiries and warm leads
* Understand client needs and offer tailored utility solutions across energy, telecoms, payments, waste, and water
* Prepare quotes and negotiate competitive rates with suppliers
* Manage ongoing client relationships and renewals
* Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
* 1+ years of experience in a call centre, telesales, or B2B sales role
* Confident phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly
* Organised, motivated, and goal-driven
* Industry experience (energy, payments, telecoms, waste, water) is a bonus - but not essential
* Ambition to progress into a broker or senior sales position
