Multi-Trained OperativesLocation: Phillips 66 Humber Refinery, South Killingholme, DN40 3DWHours: 38 hours per weekShifts: Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4:00pm, Friday 7:30am – 1:30pmSalary:Competitive rate of pay plus benefitsBenefits: Free daily lunch allowance, staff car park, PPE providedAbout the RoleWe are seeking reliable and versatile Multi-Trained Operatives to support the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and tool store at Phillips 66 Humber Refinery.You will work as part of a team to ensure all warehouse activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.What you'll do:Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with daily operations, including inventory control, receipting, locating, work packing, counting, and issuing materialsPick customer orders accurately and efficientlyLoad and unload vehicles, including chemicals, oils, and lubricantsDispatch goods for repair or overhaul, coordinating with third parties as neededOperate specialist warehouse equipment, including Counterbalance, Reach Truck, Aisle-Master, and Rough Terrain ForkliftsOperate the Kardex storage system, managing stock and resolving faultsProcess work pack requests and ensure materials are correctly located and accounted forMaintain high standards of housekeeping, ensuring items are labelled and stored properlyManage tool store operations, including issuing, receiving, replenishing, and record-keeping using Tool Hound and SAPRestock vending machines on site as directedProcess goods receipt documentation and maintain required certification and paperworkEnsure bicycles and tools are serviced and records are maintainedResolve discrepancies in SAP and maintain accurate stock recordsCarry out audits and stocktaking as directedFollow all company safety and quality procedures, reporting incidents or suggestions as requiredProvide excellent customer service, responding to internal and external requests in a professional mannerWhat you'll bring:Previous warehouse or tool store experienceExperience operating forklifts and other warehouse machineryKnowledge of SAP and/or inventory management systemsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work in a team and independentlyHealth & Safety awareness and complianceStrong communication skillsReliable and punctualFlexible and adaptable to changing prioritiesCustomer-focused with a collaborative approachAble to follow instructions and work safely at all timesWhy Join Sodexo?Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's an opportunity to be part of a team that values you.
