Youll join a highly skilled Integrated Project Team, collaborating with specialists across multiple disciplines to deliver complex systems that make a real impact.
The Role: As Lead Systems Engineer, youll take ownership of requirements management, systems definition, and verification across the full engineering lifecycle.
Youll ensure technical integrity, compliance, and traceability throughout development.
Key responsibilities include: Developing and managing project requirements using DOORs Defining and implementing the projects Requirements Management and DOORS Implementation Plans Supporting requirements definition, apportionment, and traceability from system to sub-system level Producing verification and compliance documentation Managing verification evidence and supporting data for compliance demonstration Liaising with multidisciplinary engineering teams The Individual: This role will suit someone with a strong background in systems engineering within the defence, aerospace, or radar sectors.
Youll bring excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across engineering functions.
