Marketing and Communications Manager (FTC 13 Months )
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing and Communications Manager to lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing and communications strategies that strengthen brand reputation and drive measurable engagement.
Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing and Communications, you will lead a small team and play a key role in shaping organisational visibility, influence and impact within the education and skills sector. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic planning with tactical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver integrated marketing and communications strategies
Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team
Deliver impactful B2B campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Oversee website, email and social media performance
Provide strategic marketing insight to senior stakeholders
Use data and evaluation to drive continuous improvement
About You
Degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications or related discipline
Significant experience in a managerial marketing/communications role
Proven experience delivering B2B campaigns
Strong digital marketing experience (website, email, social media)
Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills
Experience leading and developing teams
Knowledge of the UK FE and skills sector and/or experience in regulated environments is desirable.
