Your responsibilities:
* Technical and managerial oversight of the warehouse operations at the Eastwood and Grantham locations
* Ensuring the smooth operation of all warehouse processes, particularly goods receipt, putaway, order picking, packaging, and shipping
* Organizing, coordinating, and supervising day-to-day operations at both locations
* Management, scheduling, and professional development of subordinate staff
* Ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and internal guidelines
* Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels, storage space, and workflows
* Analyzing existing processes and developing and implementing improvement measures to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
* Ensuring a consistent approach across locations and coordination between Eastwood and Grantham
* Close collaboration with adjacent departments, particularly Sales, the Projects Team, and other internal interfaces
* Participation in inventory counts, evaluations, and general organizational matters within the warehouse
* Preparation of key performance indicators, reports, and decision-making documentation for senior management
Your profile:
* Completed education in logistics, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally in a leadership role
* Experience in managing and optimizing operational warehouse processes
* Leadership experience and the ability to develop and motivate employees
* A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
* Strong organizational skills, assertiveness, and a sense of responsibility
* Analytical thinking and an understanding of business operations
* Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
* Very good written and spoken English
* Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is a plus
