Housing Litigation Solicitor | 1–5 PQE | Bromley, Greater London

The opportunity
You’ll run your own housing litigation caseload with exposure to work that will sharpen your skills quickly, including:
* Disrepair claims
* Possession proceedings
* ASB, fraud and civil injunctions
* EPA claims
* Landlord and tenant disputes, including AST and leasehold matters
You’ll work closely with experienced solicitors, have direct client contact, and be given autonomy without being left on your own.

About you
* 1–5 years’ PQE in housing litigation or housing management
* Confident, personable and detail-focused
* Comfortable handling client relationships and court-based work
