Patient Administrator – Endoscopy Unit (Bicester) Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week | 4 days (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Weekend work may be required on a fair and flexible rota basis across the team. As a Patient Administrator, you’ll be the friendly face and the organisational backbone of our service - ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. ✨ What you’ll do ✅ Welcome patients and provide a professional, friendly first point of contact ✅ Handle calls and face-to-face enquiries promptly and effectively ✅ Book appointments accurately, prioritizing clinical needs ✅ Track and distribute imaging data and reports to referrers ✅ Support month-end admin processes for the management team ✅ Process invoices and payments quickly and accurately What we’re looking for ✔ Experience in a customer or patient-focused environment ✔ Confidence using Microsoft Office and IT systems ✔ Strong communication skills - both written and verbal ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-skilled team Why join InHealth? Note that this payment is not applicable to clinical staff working within the Echocardiography division, or Diabetic Eye Screening. The Weekend Payment does not apply to those on a flexible working agreement and part time workers that have requested to work weekend hours/days as part of their working agreement. The Weekend Payment also doesn’t apply to those who are working remotely or carrying out administrative work from home.
