Office Administrator (Part-Time, 4 Days per Week) Sunderland Up to £20,000 pro rata (dependent on experience) 4 days per week Permanent We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator, part-time (4 days per week) This role is ideal for someone with experience in general administration, HR support, and front-of-house/reception duties. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly. Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support across the business Manage reception duties including greeting visitors and handling calls Assist with HR-related tasks such as record-keeping, onboarding, and absence tracking Maintain office supplies and coordinate with suppliers Support diary management, meeting scheduling, and internal communications Ensure the office environment remains welcoming and efficient Experience required: Previous experience in administration, HR support, and reception roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with office systems Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude Offerings: Salary up to £20,000 (pro rata) Supportive team environment Flexible working – 4 days per week
