Are you someone who really enjoys making a difference by working with older people to maximise their independence and wellbeing?
If so, Faversham Municipal Charities, which owns and runs Faversham Almshouses, are seeking a caring, friendly and self-motivated part-time Resident Support Assistant to join our small team.
We are looking for someone with experience of working with older people, who can take a proactive role in supporting and enabling our residents to live independently, by undertaking daily well-being checks.
This exciting position requires someone who enjoys working face-to-face with a variety of people from all backgrounds and is passionate about making a difference to their lives. They will need excellent team working skills and be focussed on supporting the older people they're working with. The role holder will underpin the fundamental ethos of the Charity which supports older people in leading happy, healthy, independent lives in a kind and caring community.

This is a part-time position: 3 hours per day, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, times to suit.
Although the contract is a fixed-term 6 month contract, there is the possibility that it may be extended.
