You’ll be working with a leading water contractor on the AMP8 framework across the Sussex region, leading either a major MEICA scheme or a cluster of £3–5m projects. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines technical delivery, programme management, and collaboration with design, construction, and commissioning teams to make sure every project runs safely, on time, and to spec. The Role • Lead MEICA delivery across one major project or several smaller clean and wastewater schemes • Manage planning, procurement, and integration of all electrical, mechanical, and ICA works • Support design development and ensure accuracy through the full project lifecycle • Oversee subcontractor and supplier performance • Liaise directly with clients and drive project milestones • Work closely with civils, commissioning, and commercial teams to achieve programme goals • Maintain safety, quality, and environmental standards at every stage What You’ll Need • Proven experience in MEICA project delivery within the water industry • Background in either electrical or mechanical engineering • Experience managing projects from design through to commissioning • Strong commercial and programme management understanding • SMSTS or CSCS qualified and a full UK driving licence • Confident communicator and capable team leader What’s on Offer • £70,000 – £75,000 Car / Package (Permanent) • Freelance options available (Outside IR35) • Long-term AMP8 pipeline with secure regional workload • Opportunities for technical leadership and progression Interested?
